Yumenoshima Park Archery Field
The Yumenoshima Park Archery Field is an archery field currently being constructed inside Yumenoshima Park. The park itself is a beautiful piece of land spanning over 100 acres, with a tropical botanical garden area as well as a place to hold barbeques. Now, it will be the home to a field for archery. The archery field will allow for a shooting distance of 70 m and have a target face of 122cm in diameter. The center of the target will be 130cm above ground level. Once the Olympic games have ended, the field will remain and be used by the public for recreational and sporting purposes.

The Yumenoshima Park Archery Field will be hosting the Archery games for the 2020 Summer Olympics. During the Archery event, athletes will shoot arrows at a target from behind a line known as the firing line. Points are then given based on where the arrow landed on the target. The distance from the firing line to the target is 70 m. There will be three sections in this event, the Mens event, the Womens event, and the Mixed Teams event. During the Mens and Womens event, each will consist of two parts, individual competition, and team competition. The Mixed event will include one part. Getting To The Yumenoshima Park Archery Field
There are a couple different ways to get to the venue, and driving yourself is not one of the most time effective. You may take the JR Keiyo Line (JE05), Subway Yurakucho Line (Y24) or the Rinkai Line. Get off at the Yumenoshima stop and then take a five-minute stroll to the field. On the weekends, take Toei bus (05) from Kinshico Station and get off at the Yumenoshima stop.
